Philip Seymour Hoffman has died at the age of 46, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The film and stage actor was found in his New York City apartment on Sunday, Feb. 2, a law enforcement source told the WSJ. NYPD is investigating the case and the New York City Medical Examiner is working to determine the exact cause of death.
Hoffman won the Oscar in 2005 for his role in Capote.
